Seasons - Trick Or Treat/Flower Bunny Problems

I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with the flower bunny not showing up? I saw some old threads mentioning that he is somewhere not on the lot, but I scrolled all around and could not...

The Flower Bunny never shows up for me, even though I have an Easter-type holiday that I added it to. I also don't seem to get many trick or treaters, if I get any at all. Like you, I think the one time I did get any, I only got one the whole day.

Playable sims can't go trick or treating unless you use a mod, and depending on the mod, it might just be a rabbithole event. I don't use any myself, so I'm not sure how any of them work.
