Seasons & (city living) festivals?
Im pretty sure they dont have a relation but i was just wondering - is there some way to control when the fesitvals happen? With the new schedule/calendar? Or in a mod somewhere? I was just thinkin...

With the new schedule/calendar? Or in a mod somewhere? I was just thinking i could sort of arrange the festivals to complement the seasons and holidays (ex: romance festival around love day in the spring, flea markets in the summer, humor&hijinks in the fall around halloween, etc)
The festivals will continue to run on their own time but there's already basic info on when they usually occur:

Of course they don't always appear every week and usually not in the same order, usually every other week.
