When I hold birthdays I have them as an event instead of a holiday. Durning the event there is an option in the friendly social to “give birthday gift” to the birthday sim.
IF you do it as an event don't they have to age up? I'm trying to have birthday parties that don't age them up.
Isn't that the penultimate goal of having a birthday?
I'm trying to act like they have multiple birthday parties as a kid, teen etc, rather then one bday party where they age up to the next life stage.
