Seasons-Lottery day disappeared

So in my husband's game lottery day disappeared in the middle of the day. In the add a new holiday there is no option for lottery day. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had it as well. It was in the calendar but never showed up for my sim. I thought it was a clash with DU.
