I had it in my game, but never took part with my active sims. Unfortunately my sims visited a restaurant to eat, but most guests started fighting so it was impossible to get the waiter's attention, cause everyone flocked to watch the fight. It was mostly married couple who fought, though :) Might be a fun event if it matches your story.
