Seasons UI first look!

@Keffers when I played I didn't see any way to disable the season, but did play with the weather machine and changed it from snow to sunshine weather. There is a variety of options you can pick for the type of weather you want to see. I know in my Southern California beach town December can be hot where you can only wear shorts and somewhere else up northern California need to wear sweaters and rain coats. I'm sure in a few months some modder will allow us to disable the seasons.
Can we set different seasons different lengths? I'd prefer Oasis Spring to have a mild/short/no winter.
