can you just choose to play in 1 season or you have to play them all im just wondering cause i love the winter season the best

I don't believe there's an option to just play one season, but you can put the seasons on the 28 day setting and then when that finishes you could set it back to 7 day seasons until winter rolls around again. That would be the best way to do it I think.
