Set divine drink for Vampires?

With the Vampire pack occasionally vampires take a preference towards drinking from a specific sim. This gives them the divine drink moodlet. I have seen it in my game and in let's plays. It is also mentions on Carl's website here

Does anyone know how to set this preference on purpose? With a cheat or MCCC. Right now I don't know if there is a specific trigger or way to achieve this.

It is something that is permanent right?
