I'm soon to set up my first business in the sims, running a bakery, and I've absolutely no idea how to go about it. This is the first time I've run a business in any sims game. Can anybody please r...

If I'm playing a household that isn't the ones running the bakery and they visit the bakery, will the sims who do run it be in there working?
