I haven't finished the inside but people have uploaded their interiors as rooms so the sizing and floor plan is exactly the same as the original, and I just used black walls and floors in the other apartments so they look like non accessible lots! :D
Amazing! I think you need to pull the balcony in one for it to be exact. It appears to be three tiles in length.
