I haven't finished the inside but people have uploaded their interiors as rooms so the sizing and floor plan is exactly the same as the original, and I just used black walls and floors in the other apartments so they look like non accessible lots! :D
Cool! What lot size does the whole build fit in? I'm curious if you can recreate that whole area in one of the larger lots (like in Newcrest)? You could just plop down all the others renos and then have your sim put up ads for roommates. You'd have yourself fully functional apartments better than the one in Evergreen Harbor!

Yeah, I binge-watched her channel and I learned a LOT. Though, I don't think I'd be down for building anything of the sort just yet. :D
