I know the EP will only come out in 2 and a bit hours at the earliest, but a) I can't focus on work (at all) and b) I'm just really, really excited to see what you'll all come up with this time, especially in terms of ecological buildings (green roofs, vertical garden spaces), container homes and trashy places (finally!!!) - so before I forget to put it up when I'm lost in the pack, here's one of my fav threads to do <3

Reasons/Story for each House Three House Estate The 3 Houses are for Triplets who each have a home to suit their Career and hobbies. They would all like to be famous for their creative drives and abilities.
Home 1 is front left and is home for an actor who enjoys keeping fit as he likes to look good for the screen and he also enjoys Skiing while on vacations with his 2 brothers. This home is the only one with an extra bedroom for a teen or child.
Home 2 is rear left and is for a Chef/Mixologist who loves to cook for his siblings and he also grows harvestable's to use. When he is on vacation he is more interested in local foods so he spends a lot of time learning to cook them, he also enjoys fishing as its so relaxing and he can use the fish he catches to cook and to use as fertilizer back home.
Home 3 is rear right and is the perfect home for an Artist who paints and also plays different instruments mainly for his pleasure. This home has a single bed as he is a free spirit and just enjoys company of his brothers and his artistic friends. He does not have a TV as he would rather do creative things like make music or go outside to paint a mural. He is not interested in cooking much he prefers to order in. When on vacation he enjoys rock climbing so he also likes to stay fit, so he like his basketball hoop or go swimming. Mixed Screenshots
I just build a new Evergreen Home with green trees & bushes around the edges of the lot. I also made the lot the Green State. It's saved to the Gallery under SEREFRAS if anyone is interested in it. Plus, it has so updated Snowy Escape & Paranormal Furniture.

I could not find the Community Board anywhere so I made it a Library, but some simmers have it in the Room's Gallery such as #JetGrindGemini has all 4 colours ;) :)
I created this Lot for poor sims or those sims have too tiny homes for the workbench's etc.
