I've done a three unit retirement village. Not heavily decorated but enough to know what is where. There are four bedrooms in each apartment, and three bathrooms, a kitchen/dining/lounge area. There's also a shared space with music room, gym, and lounge area. Since I don't have For Rent yet, the units aren't allocated but hopefully if anyone downloads it, they'll be able to do that easily. The houses have been recoloured - one green, one blue, one yellow - and a roof put on the common area so the pictures aren't entirely accurate. You can find it under #RetirementVillage or my username. It was made for Pupperstone Park in Brindleton Bay, so a 40x30 lot.
