This was the second rental build I ever did and my first build in Granite Falls. I wanted somewhere for a couple of sims to vacation.

I have quite a few other residential and commercial builds featured over on my thread. :)

As much as my sims enjoyed the Lake House above, the fact that it only had one bedroom meant that I could never take an entire family on vacation to GF. So, whilst in the middle of two residential builds (as well as my reno of Oasis Springs into a spa town), I built this rental lot.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, lounge and pool.

I have quite a few other residential and commercial builds featured over on my thread. :)

Thanks for the Links and Pictures of your lots.

After finishing that four-bedroom rental lot in Granite Falls, I decided to add some community lots to the place, so I built a new restaurant on the adjacent lot.

Though it has a white stone exterior, I thought it fit the environment.

I have quite a few other residential and commercial builds featured over on my thread. :)
