I tested the easiest one first; I had one of my Sims go and start being mean to another sim. After several interactions my Sim developed a Furious Sentiment to the point she can't stand the sight of the other sim. I had my sim go home and do other things until the moodlets wore off and when I went back to the beach and met that sim again, I got a couple of angry moodlets again. This is what I was hoping for!
I have another character that's just starting off - she's been at the gym and Marcus Flex was mentoring her. She developed an "Impressed' sentiment because he was such a good gym instructor. So she gains confidence around him and her relationship grows super fast with him now.
