Oh, good. I'd assume the thunderstorm is a bug or oversight, then. That's the only thing I'd tried, since it's easy enough to trigger (I did have to use the weather machine, since the game had perversely decided on a thunderstorm-free spring and summer.) Bring on the ghosts!
