Shift-Click not working

Its been a while since I played but apparently my shift-click isn't working atm...Can anyone point me in the way of how to get this to work again? I enabled testingcheats and it still didn't work......

Try removing mods, deleting localthumbcache, and Game Repair. But especially Game Repair.
