Has anyone on ps4 got the new EP yet? If so is it running better or is it still crashing? I really wanted to get it today but I may wait a little while till everything is fixed!
Have you played the game after the update, before buying the pack? If you have no issues, then I’d say you’re clear to purchase. If you do experience crashing, then I’d wait."eddycocaine;c-17723474" wrote:

Yeah I have. It kept crashing and the sound was popping. I uninstalled and am now reinstalling to see if that may help but in the end I think i might just wait then- ValiantRedKnight5 years agoSeasoned AceYou might as well wait for the fix, it’s not like it’ll be any more expensive when they fix the crashing. I think the current workaround for crashes is using an origin command to force the game to run without any sound.
- Reaganbogan5 years agoNew AceI'd advise waiting for a patch. I've dealt with an unplayable game on ps4 for months at a time due to crashing. It may take more than one patch to remedy the issue. Fingers crossed that isn't the case but you never know.
- keekee535 years agoSeasoned AceI’m on PC and waiting because I don’t feel like giving them my money now for a broken game.
- Better yet, wait for it to go on sale. It will probably be 50% off in 2 weeks.
I wouldn't pay full price for a game that breaks after a single patch. Ridiculous - catmando8305 years agoSeasoned Ace

The EP isn't broken - the issues are with the patch, not Snowy Escape. If you had NO issues after patching you will not have issues with the EP = Mine works just fine!!! - Daephene15 years agoSeasoned AceIf you're having issues I would wait. Why pay for something you can't enjoy until they fix things? But if you're not having issues there's no real reason to wait because other people are.
- Chicklet453685 years agoSeasoned AceI waited to patch until today but I did prep for it after reading all of the issues others were having.
- Installed the Microsoft C++ thing
- Confirmed Windows didn't need updating
- Updated my Video Card
- Confirmed my AVG Antivirus program had TS4 whitelisted
- Moved my entire TS4 Folder out of My Documents to the desktop so the game would generate a new one
- Started new vanilla game
So far I have had no issues with the game starting, zero crashes, no problems with sounds, no type of lag in live mode, CAS, or Build mode - Installed the Microsoft C++ thing

That's great to hear, but at the end of the day we/you shouldn't have to do all that.
I've not updated and won't until I see results from everyone here are satisfied. My game is too precious to me. - Installed the Microsoft C++ thing
