I got ripped apart because I uploaded a house that I built on a lot where someone elses house (that I downloaded) used to be, so when I uploaded my house it showed up as theirs, I posted a comment saying the house WAS mine (which it was) and the original creator took advantage of this bug/glitch and got me reported. Never used the gallery to upload my stuff since, if you uploaded, you're doing it at your own risk.
