If I read the OP correctly, she/he is annoyed with all the gallery tags of "no stealing" and such. I realize people are zealous for their own creative work, but if you upload it to the gallery you are allowing anyone to do anything they want with it. Even claim it as their own. I thought that had been fixed so that the original designer's info stayed with the upload even if you try to claim it.
