Signing up to EA Creator Network

Hi!

I am trying to sign up to the EA creator network for The Sims 4 and it is asking me to connect social media accounts. However, this is an issue for me as I don't have Facebook or other the other social medias listed on this page (I use Tumblr and Instagram, but Tumblr is not recognised and for Instagram to work it has to be logged in through a Facebook account, which I do not have). I just wanted to ask if anyone knows a workaround for this and/or any contact information of the Sims team that I could use to continue this conversation?
