Signing up to EA Creator Network

Hi! I am trying to sign up to the EA creator network for The Sims 4 and it is asking me to connect social media accounts. However, this is an issue for me as I don't have Facebook or other the other...

Would it be possible to link the accounts as being asked to? 

Generally the team will have reasons why certain elements are required to be linked.
