Sim can’t get pregnant….

Check the fertility odds via the toilet
With enough money they can get fertility treatment which boosts it to 100% located in the wonderful store option
Sometimes you have to ask the partner to stop using birth control (both partners) in the wheel menu, I believe it's next to last
Check in settings for the odds if you're doing it by cycle (0 to 100%) 80% is typically what it's set to


All else fails toggle the mod back to the game settings of "try for baby" and "woohoo"

It takes a little getting used to

From what I've seen while watching other players on u tube there is a percentage you set. If its set to 0 that would me no baby's.

Yeah I tried even doing the % full and still nothing. It’s so weird. I’m getting tired of having to cheat a pregnancy with mccc.

Have you checked the gender options in CAS. I once had problems with my sim getting pregnant and it turned out that I had set the sim to never get pregnant in the gender options. I use mccc but never touched wonderful whims.
