Sim does the can't get there thing when told to cook.

First morning in new house, sim sent to kitchen to do breakfast, fridge part worked fine, then did the can't get there bubble. It's not a kitchen routing or stuff overhead issue as the counter with b...

What's the new house's kitchen look like? My best guess is that there aren't enough counters for the Sim to complete the food. Sometimes they like to move to another counter before dumping the food on a plate and finishing it.
