Sim kids hair keeps changing hair color after exiting CAS

I have this weird glitch where kids hair keep changing colors in live mode. It strangely only affects default vanilla hair and not CC hair. It always changes to a random color from the one I chose it ...

No, it was still the hair style I picked it would be a different hair color, like on boy I wanted his hair to be black, in live mode it would be blonde or red.
