My answers were:

For more realistic Sims I’d like:
Ability to change height
To hold hands while walking
Dance & sit touching each other
Play tag/clapping games etc
For Build mode:
Circular staircase to save space
Stairs that exactly match flooring 4 continuity
1/2 doors 4 half walls
Then I remembered;:
The Body Shop!!!
I finally remembered the name of it!

That’s my very very very favorite Sims thing
And it was amazing! Using your own fabric swatches to make clothes!
You could make the best stuff - without getting CC!
