Sims 3 Ambitions vs Sims 4 Get to work
Which one is better? Okay, I think Get to work careers are good, but I think ambitions professions are more ingrained with there world . So it makes them more fun to play.

Get to Work. I love how depth it was for me especially since it was a live mode focus. I don't play much with CAS or BB so having all the careers to be live mode focus is a plus for my playstyle. I also love the rewards that came with the careers, and most of the time I don't follow the goals that my sims need to follow. I just do whatever I want in the careers and sometimes I don't even notice that I reached a gold medal in one day.
Also love the Business Side. You need to had a strong patience to enjoy it, and that is what I loved about retail.
