Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Negative Discussion thread.

There are a few issues with your suggestion:

• That requires players purchase an additional pack, Get Together. The feature should be available in the pack without requiring the player to purchase another pack for a small feature.
• Clubs can have a maximum of 8 members while retreats can have a maximum of 20 guests. So, all guests won't be covered by the disallowed behavior.
• You can't customize which behavior is disallowed for some Sims, such as cleaning for guests, while watching TV for staff, while allowed for other Sims. This is because only one club can be started by a Sim on the lot at a time. The player would have to set up multiple clubs and only those members of the club will appear on the lot. This defeats the purpose of something like a camp for kids where you might want the guest list to rotate.

I'm disappointed that if your child has a recurring getaway to visit grandparents or even a non-custodial parent, you have to pay for that.

I think it would have been better if we could set fees ourselves. 

Yeah, it is obviously not a perfect solution, but it is a partial solution. It's certainly much better than what we have now. (For example, I'm still salty about not being able to use clubs at all on the high school lot.)

Okay before I begin

I want to make this clear before I post.I do not have any issue with coming out storise in the sims or lgbt sims.I know sims 4 is supposed the alternate universe.This to me was not a good au lore change.Sims 4 is about inclusivty for everyone.I support that.My issue is which character this too.

Listen I was against the idea of Skip broke not being dead and just running away from his family.Skip was in love with Brandi in the sims 2.

Now let's talk sims 4,apparently the reason he ran away from Brandi and his kids.It was because he realized he was gay.

This does not make Skip sympathetic.I understand  that it was hard coming out .But let's think about it.I left my wife and children in literal poverty.Because I realize I wasn't  attracted to her and I was afraid to tell the truth about my identity. Its basically my happiness and life is more important than them.

This dosent make this story tragedy. It makes Skipps a coward and a terrible person.It also retcons sims 2 .( Skip broke is not terrible because he is gay.He is terrible because he was coward who run away from his life and responsibalities.

Yeah, I can understand how this can ruin Sim lore for a fan.

I don't thiiiink he's meant to be gay here, since I saw female sims woo him in Game Changer videos without issue. Where does it say he was gay? If it's from his romantic preferences, imo those aren't that helpful unless it backs up established sim lore. The sims team rarely fiddles with it, unless they want to hard-establish a sim's sexuality as canon. (Like Molly Prescott, Corey Nyhus, or the Summerdreams.)

I got the Info from Gonz video and his preference is men and can voodoo for both men and women

Just watched the video. I'm still not fully convinced he was meant to be gay and that's the reason he left Brandi. He can still be wooed by women in-game. At most, I think he's bi, as sims are by default. I feel that if the intention was to make him gay, then they would have set his sexuality to Not Exploring, like they've been doing with nearly all canonically-LGBT sims (and other sims) for the past couple of packs. And if the intention was to make him gay, then it was dumb to make him be able to be wooed by women, and put him in a romantic competition where that almost certainly WILL happen. 

I get the feeling he left because he's a snobby scumbag who's unaware of how bad he is. Like he's meant to be an unflattering parody of many contestants on these types of shows. But maybe more of his townie lore drops will confirm his sexuality as gay
