HollownessDevour Thank you! 😀 I had not thought of that -disclaimer! That's a step in the direction I want to go!

I personally think this is a generic "dramatization only" disclaimer like on most commercials. But of course it could mean they used cheats or a program to stage the trailer to look more smooth, and flowing than actual game play.

In a way I very much agree. I don't play kids, physical activities and I dislike reality elimination/competitions shows in real life.
But I can see the fun in building a custom playground set as a builder, and I know a lot of people have been asking for many of these items even if I don't think it be that fun XD
I think that carnival, petting zoo and casinos would have more exciting activities. Since I really enjoyed items from the Sims 3 carnival and casino packs. Hopefully we get this stuff eventually too.

This was sent to me😬, and now, ..... I really have to ask🤦♀️ ---- I do 😍want this pack! So 🤷♀️what's in the video that is not actually in the game? It is was one of the questions posed to me; The question about my favorite age groups was also brought up, saying none were in the video! So I had to watch it again, very carefully, pausing on and off as fast as I could so I wouldn't miss even one fraction of a second!! I did not see any Toddlers or younger, either. Did you? I would imagine they could use the slide but not in the pool but I can't say for sure if this is the case or not? I know more info will be provided at a later date - but - I can see I won't get approval for a pre-order. Not losing hope about getting this one.... not yet anyway. 🤞 I have no idea why they would make a video advertising a game pack but not use the game pack itself to create it?

Nothing really interests me with this pack after watching the trailer not once but several times, the more I watched the more boring it is, can I say it is very kids focused? Butterfly catching, modular playground, hide and seek, imaginary friend, paper airplane, retro rubik cube from the 80s! and more bunk bed again! Shouldn't all this be included in growing together pack?
What is so fascinating with diving board and water slides? I build so many houses with pool, my sims rarely swim at all unless I told them to otherwise, they just go to the PC and play games all day. Would this be included in the next coming base game update?
Kayaking, single person kayaking? sound fun? Romantic attraction event? Slap on ground hottub now after a decade? I have Spa Day! Where did my money went into? Woohoo in the ocean? For less than min in real time i guess, how many times you can watch your sim do that before getting bored honestly?
I don't know how other folks travel in real life but this is obviously not a dreamed vacation in real life and not in game too, cause no -
- Casino
- paddle boats for lovey dovey
- arcade game (claw machine etc)
- pool table
- petting zoo
Customize what? No fun items to customize the ideal vacation lot!
I really want to play this game but I also tired buying your DLC with the bare minimum EA.

I still can't get over festivals coming back. I know this is just me but like, festivals have been bad for nearly a decade. You just go there, do some stuff you could already do at home, and then just stand around and do nothing.
And the worst part is that we might get constant notifications for them, like we do for festivals in San Myshuno, Ravenwood, Mt. Komorebi and Henford-on-Bagley. At least Nordhaven's was opt-in, so maybe we'll have a break from the notifications at least?

TBH, I hope they are added in a base game update for AA, similar how glass walls were for EbN. Yes, EbN had a unique glass wall design, but a bunch of free ones were in the EbN update.

I am honestly kind of angry that after all these years we are finally getting the diving board that was always in Sims games in the past and it isn't going to be a free update.

From what we’ve seen so far, the pack looks based on New Zealand, where I’m from.
I am quite upset to see that there’s no Māori representation in the pack.
EA has made many packs before that included art, designs, or patterns based on the native peoples that the world is set in.
so I’m confused and angry that (from what we’ve seen so far) they haven’t done this with the Māori peoples and Aotearoa.
If you’re going to feature one of our native birds, but not feature our native people, it feels like a slight.
So I am not going to be purchasing this pack because of that reason

A few things I didn't like from the trailer - the butterfly catching looks really bad, graphic-wise (the butterflies themselves) and I am disappointed with how flat they made the kayaks. And, of course, that imaginary friend is horrifically ugly. Other than that, I just hope they haven't implemented anything in their usual over-the-top annoying way.
