Sims 4 Floating Head Option?

Question

In the previous sims games, whenever you selected something, the selected sim had a floating head in the middle of the options, and the head followed the mouse cursor around. This is clearly absent from the Sims 4, but apparently before the Sims 4 was released it was told by some SimGuru that there's an option to turn it on, can anyone confirm this? I'm craving some floating head in my Sims 4 game. If it's not officially in the game, is there some sort of mod that enables this? And if it's not officially in the game can the developers pleeeeeaaaassseee add it back? I miss the floating head right now a lot more than I should, it's just such an iconic thing and I miss it. :(

It was cool, but it was hard to cancel out an action without accidentally clicking a button, at least in TS2 anyway.

There's no option, and I haven't seen a mod so far. :( I agree that I miss it too

I don't think there's an option. And if that question was asked at the release of the game, it might have been removed from the code due to patches, who knows?
