Sims 4 Fundie Challenge (aka the Duggars challenge)

I have a question about the Sims 4 fundie challenge. I googled it but didn't really find anything helpful to answer my question. My question is when doing the fundie challenge, can we get the fertile rewards trait to increase the chances of having twins or triplets or would this be considered cheating in the fundie challenge? Hope this is ok to put here.
