I wish I would experience what you mean. Sadly the bugs that we only experienced are the ridiculous outfit bug in Parenthood Launch, Broken Veterinarian in Cats and Dogs Launch and the NAP in Eco Lifestyle. Apart from that I don't have any bugs on the game as of the moment that make the game feels buggy.
I do think that if the game is buggy enough, or to many players, they should invest more on their QA.
