i have a theory which is that devs keep making some mediocre and specific packs just so people doesn't buy all of them and so it doesn't destabilize the game but people keeps buying everything LOL of course there are exceptions so this theory isn't very reliable
so anyways i don't know if the problem is the messed engine or the programmers within the studio, or both.
ea should really allow maxis to have a bigger bug testing team. and allow more time from pack to pack just so unprofessional issues like the crashes on the pack launch don't happen
