I think this is precisely the issue. It's not that EA/Maxis has any sort of an agenda. They just made a boring, shallow game. They have not thought anything through like they did with the previous versions. I am never buying another piece of content for Sims 4. I play the game for maybe 30 minutes for before completely losing interest. The world is lifeless.
