Sims 4 Neighborhood Stories: A Mistake From EA?

As others have said, the mistake was releasing part of it with just a promise that they will release the toggle later. They should have waited to release any of it until they had the toggle ready.
Personally, I think it sounds fun for some saves but I have no use for it in my current main save. So I just really need the toggles so I can play with it when I want, and only when I want.
