Sims 4 not loading with mods

So I’ve been having an issue with my game loading. So When I go to play the game and load it, it takes about 20 minutes to get me to the loading screen. Once I’m on the loading screen it’s take another 15-20 mins to get me to the main menu. I’ve taken all of my mods out of the game and it was working fine, so I thought something may have been outdated, everything ended up being up to date. I decided to batch my mods up and see if anything else is messing it up and it won’t load with anything. I’ve tried just putting clothes in the folder and even that makes it load slow. I have no idea what could be wrong. 

I’ve tried cleaning out my folder with mod manager, I’ve tried putting things in, in batches, I’ve tried the whole reset of my sims 4 folder. I have tried just about everything and it is still not working.
