I think I'm just getting frustrated over the speculations and debates over toddlers. I want toddlers, but how the whole situation has been handled has been cruel. Maxis should take better care of their community. To let community members get divided to this extent is just low. I just want to know that there is an end in sight for them or not. I want to see the community not feel alienated anymore.
Yup I Agree, :)
Yeah, it's making me a bit frustrated as there is a lot that I like about the game, but what it is lacking has me not playing.
I am waiting to see if this game will have toddlers and pre-teens. I am no longer buying anything because I have no idea if where the game is going. I've made up my mind that I won't go any further with it with age stages as they are. So, I am just waiting to see what develops.
Yes I agree, I should stop buying the pack's, but at the same time, the game is so lacking, that the only way to add anything, is to buy the pack's, I am wondering if EA & Maxis, made the game this way for a reason, cause without those packs I bought, the game would just stay the same and be empty, and that is probably what they were counting on, so We would buy the packs to add stuff, even though I am waiting for Goth Stuff from day 1. - BlueBlack0079 years agoSeasoned AceOkay, Last night was the first time I even tried to go to that new world of Sixam, I went there with My scientist to see what it was all about, When I got there I was blown away by all the awesome color's and all the stuff that could be dug up and harvested, My Sim met a few of the Alien's there, 1 of which stood out to Me, I wanted My sim to befriend that one which was a Male Alien named Ian, I got her to meet him and chat for awhile and such, But then she had to go to work so they tossed her over to the work place, then she ended up going back Home and not back to Sixam, I then noticed after she got home, that None of the Alien's she had met there was even in the list of people she meet's, I looked through them all, and they had vanished, I had her go back a few more time's last night to try and Find him again, But he was no where to be seen, I am so mad that they made it so the Alien's Vanish like that after you leave Sixam, they really need to Fix that problem, cause I wanted her to be in a relationship with him, that would of been so kool, I am not happy that I can not find him again, GRRR.
P.S. Even after I saved the meeting's while on Sixam after that happen, when she goes home, they still go poof, So I am wondering if they made it so they do not Exist after your Sim meet's them, that would be horrible. "BlueBlack007;14918122" wrote:

WHAT??? Sorry, I have zero sympathy for anyone who complains and complains about the game yet keeps buying everything EA shovels out. You have to vote with your wallet. When something new is released, wait for reviews and game play videos, then decide if it's worth buying. Buying every piece of plum only leads to more plum being produced. OF COURSE they made it that way, to get you to spend more money. If you hate it, STOP. Enough is enough!
Might as well be wearing a big sign on one's back that says, "Thank you sir, may I have another?," just asking to be slapped. Sheesh.- BlueBlack0079 years agoSeasoned Ace

I want no ones sympathy nor pity, I was just stating why I bought the packs I did, because the game is too empty without them, I do not complain a lot bout every little thing in the game, the only thing's I ask for is the stuff I need for My type of game play, which is Gothic, that I am still waiting for from day 1, so I do not get where you get the nerve to say I complain a lot, I mostly only agree with other's on certain issue's, to me that is NOT Complaining, have a good day. - I was not attacking you, BlueBlack, nor saying you are asking for sympathy or pity. I was speaking in general terms about people who are disappointed, sad, and unhappy with game features yet buy, buy, buy. Throwing money at half-baked add-ons to a broken game will not make it all better.

I agree with that, but at the same time, I only bought the pack's because without them, the game has nothing by itself, And I was only pointing out , that I am not one of those who complain over ever thing after buying a pack, I happen to like some of the stuff they added, I only have problem's with certain things that was added, that they need to fix, other then that I am good with the game, except for the lack of not having My type of game play, Gothic, :) - i think what is most irritating for me is that this game is taking up the spot for the awesome game that should've succeeded the sims 3. it is not (usually) an awful game, it's just not a good game. it's not the stimulating, fun game that deserves to carry on the franchise after the sims 2 and 3. it's an ipaddy game... like sims freeplay... without the free... and usually without the play. it's something dead that's washed up and stinking up the beach so badly that you can't enjoy the apparent, forced sunset on this franchise.
