Yeah, have had this happen. It was a lady Sim, and she left the girls getting together for coffee, with the same message, of course. She hadn't seemed tired, and she certainly could use the facilities with no scolding. So the first thing that popped into my head was, "It must be that time of the month..." :p I do realize that's not in the game, but that would be what I'd think IRL, I guess. Now, with a guy Sim, that certainly wouldn't have applied. :D
