Sims 4 Relationships Need Help!

I dont know if i clicked something, or something went wrong, anyways.

My sims sister is not registering as "Aunt" and her kids arent registering as "cousins" to the kids either.
did i click something wrong in MCCC? or was this there all along and i havent noticed?

    MCCC has a set relationship cheat built in, but you have to do it on both Sims, so set the relationship for the aunt to her niece with the aunt selected, you also have to do it again with the niece selected, as well.

    It will show in the relationship panel, but not in CAS, fyi.
