Always nice to make a tier list. Here is mine.

I changed the category titles because those letters were a bit vague to me.
My ranking is a bit of a combination out of personal interests and those packs that add most to my game style. In general the top two rows have content I use a lot or really like while the bottom row has mainly content I barely use.
For the top row my absolute favourite would be realm of magic, closely followed by get together and seasons.
There are so many, I tried to sort them by type of pack, always first the expansion packs, then game packs and then stuff packs.
Journey to Batuu is still missing, but I won't add it until I can play it myself.
