According to Simscommunity, Discover University is in an English setting. I don't think we have bunk beds in Universities over here. The students wouldn't put up with them, having to pay about £9000 per year fees. I wouldn't mind living in the students' apartments just built a road away from me. They are luxurious and all except one of the 400 occupied a month after completion.
