I had never heard of these two packs, Up All Night and Life of the Party, until I went to make over Kayla Flemming from Get Famous and saw her formal wear was missing so she was in her underwear. I...

Hello. I believe that Up All Night and Life of the Party content comes from the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe version. They aren't packs, just extra content for upgrading the base game.
