Rachel Franklin was attatched to Sims 4 all throughout it’s development (which began long before 2013) and remained the game’s executive producer until 2015 when she was promoted after the exit of Lucy Bradshaw. She was VP for awhile until she exited the company in 2016 to join Bradshaw at Facebook to lead another team creating a “Social VR game”
