No, that’s got nothing to do with stability, just with what computer you play the game on ;) I ignore that advice and my game runs fine (with all packs installed). TS4 is anything but stable. Each new addition causes new problems. That doesn’t define stability.
Anyway, I reacted to the idea popularity would be a reason to not end the game. The past games show it’s not, that was my point.
