Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

Yes, one of the laundry-created moodlets is playful, and although it's just +2, it tends to set the pace for everything else. I had a couple hysterical from laundry (since they had also recently married and had new baby happiness too), but fortunately it passed without any deaths.
