I just wish lots were bigger. I have a family of five sims, there’s nowhere they can move in straight away without having to move another family out.
Also I wish we had gotten more 20x30 and 40x30 lots instead of teeny tiny 20x15 or 20x20 that are not really appropriate to have a home and a business on the same lot.

In build mode area assignment is really annoying with colored lines, I don't even know how to remove them because I'm building a residential lot and I DONT NEED THAT!
OMG I found the solution! I just had to hit "O" on my keyboard to hide it!

I'm already disappointed with Businesses and Hobbies =[ The new businesses don't work with the old retail system at all. IE in a retail business, when someone buys something, you have a restock option and you can assign restocking items to the employees along with cleaning. I have a sim who owned a jewelry and gem retail store. When it's a small business, you can't restock to continue selling your items. You have to re-make everything every single time. That is extremely disappointing. In my retail stores, I also like to sell relevant skill books. IE in my jewelry store, I sell the 3 gemology skill books. Now I literally have to re-buy them from debug every single time I sell one because you can't just restock.... Imagine sims who are painters or authors. You can't restock your bestsellers or masterpieces anymore... You have to write a whole new book every single time... Even with the new pottery skill... You'll make something, sell it, then have to completely make it again. That makes sense with some goods like candy or food, but not with something like books or clothes (and clothes are not even able to be sold in the new system because they don't slot onto a pedestal) The new system seems to really only favor businesses that involve services, but not buying/selling goods. Like you can provide a service, or teach hobbies, (things that involve paying for admission or paying for a service) but not actually sell the things you make with those hobbies unless you literally want to remake that item over and over and over (so not a retail type business that involves selling goods). That makes it less cross pack compatible I feel, which really makes it feel less like an expansion pack. You should be able to have a small business residential OR a retail residential depending on the nature of your business. They basically just created a whole new stand alone system that doesn't really go with what we have.... Yes you can use other packs for a service based business, like you can own your own spa or gym and charge people entry, but it still doesn't really feel like it's expanding what we already have when they create a whole new system that doesn't go with the past systems and is very limited. Instead of expanding the game and giving us many options, we have to choose to either use the old system OR use the new system. It's called Businesses and Hobbies, but then doesn't include retail businesses?? Why can I have an apartment above a tattoo parlor or teaching studio that came with this pack, but I can't have an apartment above a clothing store, thrift store, restaurant, vet clinic, or any retail type store that came with past packs? Even HSY came with that non-functional "apartment" above the thrift tea shop for the thrift shop owner like they were preparing for that to be a thing at some future time... So sad =[ I literally bought this pack because I was excited about multi lot types so I am extremely disappointed at how limited it is. Not worth being a full expansion pack since it's more stand-alone. It didn't expand current systems; it just created a new limited system instead.

Yep. I keep saying, "Stop buying." If your game is bugged as heck, what is the point of buying more DLC you won't be able to enjoy?

Can't have multiple businesses owned by separate households on one lot. Lame as heck.

I am honestly disappointed in this DLC pack because I feel like it should’ve been an update to GTW instead made it into a separate pack. I feel like EA games is money hungry on this and to get every dlc pack costs $1000.00 which is way too much for a video game that has glitches and for a game that’s over 10 years old. At this point when EA games should’ve gave us Sims 5 by now but people keep buying more dlc packs for this which is why EA games won’t release Sims 5 and will keep ripping people off.

I have to say, with much regret in my heart because I was truly wishing it to be different.
I have played for around 1 hour since the pack came out and the cross-compatibility in between this Ep and for rent has greatly dissapointed me. I don´t really care much about building a business in lot if I cannot do several of such in the same lot.
I don´t like build/buy.
I don´t care about cas.
The only thing truly possitive is the world that is LITERALLY so well made you will fall in love.
