I was trying to drown a sim in a save set up for screenshots for the monthly short story contest and my mermaid couldn't kill the guy or drag him under a second time. Despite being deep in the water, her Siren's Call ability was grayed out and she was at full hydration...is this a bug? She doesn't have the Evil trait.
