Sims changing into ridiculous shoes when wearing a towel xD

I think they fixed the shoes for the EL career in the patch and at the same time messed up other things in the process. I started a new save two days ago. Anytime a Sim is supposed to be barefoot in my game the game puts shoes on them. My Sims were swimming with shoes on when I played yesterday. Barefoot Sims woke up with boots on. Well that's when I noticed it. They put the boots on when they changed and went to bed.
