Sims Dad accuses her of cheating

I'm having the same problem. Two of my sims are living at home with their mother while attending university. They each have 4 classes this term, and come home between classes before heading to the next class. The mom expresses dissapointment in them for cheating each time they come back from a class, and neither one is cheating.

Sometimes I wonder how it's possible that the team doesn't notice bugs as obvious as this one before releasing a pack. ?‍♀️

Simple. Either it's a scenario they never tested (living at home with parents and not cheating) or it's on someone's notes as "something that needs to get fixed" that was overlooked as deadlines loomed. Especially if it doesn't impact the numbers (relationship between parent and kid)

Nooooooooooo, please no. Why can't they understand that it is for us to decide how our sims react to anything. Not every sim is per default against cheating in tests.

So I'm going to have to make up a story to get around this bug while I wait for a fix. Her dad just aged up to an elder so I'll pretend he has a touch of dementia. Will try a reset though. She just got married and while in love her new hubby is a hot-head. He's had to apologize to her twice already. They're both students based at home. He really wants a baby ASAP (superparent aspiration). She wants one too and was planning to scale down her coursel load, but if the men in her life keep bugging her she may go live on campus for a while.

:open_mouth: Makes you wonder if the parent(s) get you can live at home while attending uni. Oi, if I had any thought of having the boys stay at home, this changes my mind. They don't have a mother anymore. She died during the fire. So, it's just Dad and his five kids, four teens and a child. Which is why I was strongly considering having them live off campus, as it were.

Be very careful when submitting papers. I had my sim work on her term paper to get it to excellence state, then when I went to submit it, it said submit plagerized term paper. I almost clicked the wrong thing, because that is the first thing that popped up, I had to go back under university, then course work, then term paper, and then submit the correct one. Be sure you don't accidentally submit the wrong one like I almost did.

Saw this in James Turner's video. His sim's dad even appeared at dorm to accuse his son of cheating ?‍♀️

Ha. My sim actually did cheat, and just as she was about to take a final, mom showed up to scold her. Had to stand there and wait for mom. Made her miss the final, too. Lol.

So I guess moving to a dorm is out, might as well grit my teeth and tough it out. My sim is also a vet so she can always escape to her clinic for some "quiet time".
