Sims inventory after they die

Question

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but in Game Options there's now an option to either have your ghost keep their inventory after they die (if enabled) or get options for what to do with the ghost's inventory (disabled). Think that's pretty cool.

I fully ran out of time to play my game yesterday, after I patched, so no, I didn't see this option. It's very cool.

I'm wondering if ghosts can use their inventory items autonomously. Anyone know?
